Executive Leadership

Rob Eberle is president and CEO of Bottomline Technologies, (NASDAQ: EPAY), headquartered in Portsmouth, NH with offices in major U.S. cities, Europe and Australia.  With more than 15 of the top 25 global banks and 80 of the Fortune 100 as customers, Rob has successfully led the company to become the industry’s leading provider of transaction banking, payment and invoice solutions.

By maintaining deep relationships with Bottomline’s customers, Rob embodies the company’s dedication to delivering quality software and services, and ensuring customer success.  Under his leadership and vision, Bottomline has expanded across multiple geographies and markets, resulting in significant business growth.

A member of Bottomline’s senior management and board of directors for more than a decade, Rob served as President before becoming CEO in 2006. Prior to joining Bottomline, Rob held senior executive positions in the wireless and handheld computer industry.  He has served on the board of a number of venture backed companies and currently serves on the boards of Exeter Health Resources as well as several youth sports associations

Kevin Donovan directs the global financial and administrative operations of Bottomline, including accounting, treasury and tax. He brings to the company a strong background in financial analysis and management and has significant expertise in SEC reporting requirements. Kevin joined Bottomline in 1999 to serve as Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2000, Treasurer in 2001 and Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to joining Bottomline, Kevin served as a manager in the Audit Department of Ernst & Young, where he assisted a portfolio of start-up and high-growth companies in diverse industries including technology, manufacturing and consumer products.
