Why did they need our help?
Every April, the council had to send out 70,000 personalised annual bills, a task they were finding extremely difficult and stressful to accomplish in-house.

How did we help them?
Using Bottomline’s Council Tax Service means that now the Council simply sends an electronic file to Bottomline who then securely print and distribute all the bills, each individually personalised to the recipient’s requirements.

The Council also uses the online service to raise Council Tax reminders and Council Tax final notices throughout the year

The Council Tax service means that the staff no longer has to cope with a huge volume of bills every April.
