Why did they need our help?
Intrum Justitia’s reliance on paper impacted processes related to both inbound and outbound documents. Each response to a reminder received, for example, had to be physically archived, creating a large paper repository that made individual documents difficult to locate and utilised a significant amount of storage space. For outbound documents, the company leveraged a print house but that approach provided no ability to review the documents, and requesting copies was an inconvenient 2–3 day wait.
