What do they do?
National Dental Plan Ltd (NDP) has been arranging corporate dental insurance schemes since 1987 and has the longest established corporate dental plan in the country.
Why did they need our help?
Part of NDP’s service involves fast, accurate claims processing, but their manual cheque raising system was antiquated and inefficient.
How did we help them?
By outsourcing the raising and despatching of around 65,000 cheques a year, the Claims Processing team were able to focus on their core business – settling claims.
Now, data is regularly sent to Bottomline and a remittance advice, cheque and appropriate replacement claim form are despatched the following day.
With on-line acceptance reporting and electronic auditing information, the team are also able to check the status of every claim in real-time.
