Why did they need our help?
Sun’s training course administrators wanted to tackle their growing paper mountain and improve Customer Service by implementing a document management system that was cost effective, workable and fast to implement.

Before implementing the Bottomline (formerly HMSL) solution, a team of 6 people were each spending one to two hours per day in front of filing cabinets rather than helping customers.

How did we help them?
We recommended that Sun use our document management system.

We produced a demonstration using Sun’s own documents so they could see for themselves how quickly they could gain access to their documents.

We also gave them the opportunity to select their own taxonomy (including such things as delegate name, date, location, booking reference number and course name) as well as using their own unique document identifiers to provide traceability.
