Why did they need our help?
Thames Water was looking to establish itself as a ‘best in class’ service provider. As part of this drive, it wanted to streamline its internal processes, improve efficiencies and reduce costs.

One of the areas Thames Water needed to strengthen was its accounts payable department. The existing system was laborious, inaccurate and time consuming with up to 6,000 ‘work in progress’ invoices being handled manually.
