Our trainers offer a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to the Bacs Scheme Rules – the Service User’s Guide itself contains 150+ pages which they know inside and out! Furthermore, they are committed to answering your questions before, during and after the training. We don't just leave you to it; we'll answer your queries and provide support long after the course has finished.
