Understanding the HMRC RTI Changes

HMRC Real Time Information (RTI) is a change to the way employers and
pension providers tell HMRC about tax, National Insurance contributions
and other deductions. Rather than reporting this information at tax
year end, reporting will take place when or before the payments are
made. By the end of 2013 all employers will have to submit RTI
information.
