Please note all entry fields within on the website should be completed fully to constitute entry. Bottomline Technologies is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Only one entry per person per company will be accepted. Only those communicated with directly via post by Bottomline Technologies and appear as the addressee by Bottomline Technologies will be eligible for this free prize draw. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bottomline Technologies reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. TIMING: This promotion runs from 12.01 am GMT on 1st January 2007 until 11.59:59 p.m. on 29th July 2007

4. USE OF DATA: If you do not wish to be contacted by Bottomline Technologies for marketing purposes in the future please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form featured at www.bottomline.co.uk/isatnav.

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by Tom Rahder, Bottomlline Technologies on 5th August 2007. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email (if supplied) or post  by 13th August 2007. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Bottomline Technologies, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.

6. PRIZE: There will be one prize and the prize will be a TomTom Satellite Navigation System. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Bottomline Technologies reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
