Rob Eberle is Bottomline Technologies’ President and CEO and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Since joining Bottomline almost 10 years ago, Rob has driven the company’s transition to an enterprise offering a wide range of innovative and leading technology solutions for payment and supply chain automation with an expanding geographical presence across Europe and Asia Pacific. Rob leads Bottomline’s commitment to delivering solutions that enable customers to derive enormous value from their investment in Bottomline’s solutions. Rob has served on the board of a number of venture-backed technology companies and currently serves on the board of several non-profit community-focused entities.
Peter S. Fortune
Chief Operating Officer and President, Bottomline Europe
As Chief Operating Officer and President of Bottomline Europe, Peter Fortune is responsible for managing Bottomline's presence across the EMEA region. His experience in the payments and technology industries spans more than 20 years. Peter’s leadership and industry expertise have been instrumental in accelerating Bottomline’s growth in the United Kingdom and continental Europe, and in defining the company’s strategic product direction. Peter previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Checkpoint, which was acquired by Bottomline in 2000. At Checkpoint, he was influential in the company's growth and attainment of market-leading status in the UK as a provider of electronic payment and collection solutions.
Kevin M. Donovan
Chief Financial Officer
Kevin directs the financial and accounting operations of Bottomline, and oversees other functions such as human resources and information systems. He brings to the company a strong background in financial analysis and management and has significant expertise in SEC reporting requirements. Kevin joined Bottomline in 1999 to serve as Corporate Controller. He was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2000,Treasurer in 2001 and Chief Financial Officer in 2004. Prior to joining Bottomline, Kevin served as a manager in the Audit Department of Ernst & Young, where he assisted a portfolio of start-up and high-growth companies in diverse industries including technology, manufacturing and consumer products.
