Arriva has operations around Europe, and has become a market leader in UK Public Transport, Bus and Coach Distribution and Motor Retailing. The second largest bus operator in the UK, Arriva carry over 250 million passengers per year in London.
Why did they need our help?
Arriva needed help in streamlining their accounts operation. It was taking staff an unacceptably long time to find filed documents, and this was having an impact on the time, space and budgets that were available for other uses.

We suggested that Arriva use our Invoice Management service software supported by an outsourced document services contract.
