Case Study - Professional Golfers’ Association (PGA)
What do they do?
Headquartered at The Belfry in Sutton Coldfield, the PGA manages a growing international business with membership currently totalling some 6,500 professional golfers.
Why did they need our help?
The PGA needed help with their document management system in order to save space and improve efficiency. They wanted improved traceability and case management, as well as being able to see all documents for every member in chronological order.
How did we help them?
We suggested that the PGA use our document management system. This would enable them to access documents on-line and have greater administrative flexibility to move documents between folders.
What do they have to say about us?
