Bottomline Technologies Announces Partnership with Sanderson Ltd
Sanderson to Resell Bottomline's BACS-Approved WinBACS-IP Solution to Commercial Sector
READING, ENGLAND – 1st June 2005 - Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading global technology provider of financial Business Process Management (fBPM) software and managed services, today announced a partnership with Sanderson Ltd to provide Bottomline-powered BACSTEL-IP electronic payment solutions to commercial sector businesses in the UK.
As one of the largest and most experienced UK-owned providers of software and IT services, Sanderson serves more than 22,000 global users involved in mailorder and fulfilment, manufacturing and printing, food and processing, and wholesale and distribution. Through this partnership, Sanderson will offer its customers Bottomline's WinBACS-IP service to ensure compliance with the BACS electronic payments standard. UK organisations have until 31 December 2005 to complete the required migration without penalty.
