Session topics at the Customer Advisory Board forum included: “Driving Business Decisions with e-Billing Metrics,”“Billing Guidelines and Best Practice Rules” and “Components of a Total Legal Spend Management Program.” Long time Bottomline customers The Hartford Financial Services Group and Liberty Mutual shared their experiences optimizing legal spend processes with Legal eXchange.
