Bottomline Technologies Holds Business Briefing to Discuss How Corporate Payments Are Not Black And White
Bottomline Technologies hosted a Corporate payments event on 17 March 2005 in Barber Surgeons Hall, London, to discuss the future of enterprise cash management.
Attendees included over 40 senior treasurers and directors from a mix of banks and large corporates. Alastair Thompson Business Manager for TFP attended the event hoping to “Gain more information about the corporate market and identify the needs of corporates and their data requirements.” Afterwards he said that the “information supplied shall be highly beneficial”.
The presentations covered how new infrastructures, standards and services can help Treasurers address issues of concern to their business; how SWIFTNet can deliver operational and cost benefits for corporate cash managers, the drivers for change in corporate banking; new value-added services available in the market for corporate cash managers; and new business applications approach that affords further opportunities for cost efficiency.

The overall feeling for attendees was that the event was very informative, and productive.
