Rayloc Selects Bottomline to Extend Value of Microsoft Dynamics for Payments and Electronic Purchase Orders

PORTSMOUTH, NH AND SAN DIEGO, CA – March 12, 2007 – Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment and invoice automation solutions, today at Microsoft Convergence 2007 announced that Rayloc, a division of Genuine Parts Company, has optimized its Microsoft Dynamics® AX (Axapta) implementation with advanced capabilities from Bottomline for automating payments and purchase orders.

“Our migration to the Microsoft Dynamics AX environment provided us with the opportunity to upgrade our ERP output capabilities and introduce a greater level of automation into our purchase order and payment processes,” said Joe Lashley, Vice President of Information Services for Rayloc. “In Bottomline, we found the ideal solution for extending the value of our Microsoft investment and the benefits we derive from automating core financial processes.”

Bottomline’s award-winning platform for automating document-centric business processes allows organizations to replace purchase orders and paper checks with more efficient and cost-effective electronic documents and payments. Integrating with industry-leading Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, organizations such as Rayloc, a re-manufacturer of automotive parts and supplier to Napa Auto Parts, can quickly create and deliver these transactional documents across multiple communication channels such as fax, email, print or the Web.

“The flexibility and ease of use inherent in our platform offers organizations the ability to extend the value of their Microsoft Dynamics AX environment with best-of-breed capabilities for generating and delivering important financial documents,” said Rick Bell, Vice President and General Manager of Bottomline Technologies. “We look forward to assisting Rayloc in optimizing their Microsoft investment through the use of our platform to enhance processes related to payments and purchase orders.”
