Bottomline Announces Global Partnership with Tectura Corporation

Largest Microsoft Dynamics™ Solutions Provider to Distribute Bottomline Solutions

PORTSMOUTH, N.H. and ORLANDO, Fla. – March 12, 2008 - Bottomline Technologies (NASDAQ: EPAY), a leading provider of collaborative payment, invoice and document automation solutions, today at Microsoft Convergence 2008 announced the company has expanded the sales distribution channel for its document process automation solutions, signing a worldwide reseller agreement with Tectura Corporation, a leading global provider of Microsoft Dynamics integrated solutions.

Through this agreement, Tectura, which operates in more than 60 countries and has been twice named global partner of the year by Microsoft, will resell Bottomline’s solutions to organizations standardized on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform across North and South America, EMEA, India and Asia-Pacific. Microsoft Dynamics AX is the primary enterprise resource planning (ERP) system deployed by Microsoft to its corporate customers around the world. With this expanded sales distribution channel, Bottomline will have increased exposure within a broad community of users actively seeking a more efficient and cost-effective approach to improving the efficiency and quality of business-critical transactions.
