We operate four levels of Support Service. Each one is tailored to meet an organisation’s specific needs.

  Bronze A Support agent will proactively monitor the customer’s server monthly, and take any  preventative actions necessary to avoid problems developing.
  Silver As Bronze above, but with fortnightly proactive  monitoring for additional peace of mind.

  Gold Weekly proactive monitoring through remote access ensures that systems are kept running at peak performance.

  Platinum For the most critical installations, a dedicated Senior Technical Consultant is constantly on-site, maintaining continual proactive monitoring to minimise performance issues.
