Reservations
Delegate places may be RESERVED for any publicly scheduled class by calling our office on 01252 618600 or by sending email to
emea_education@bottomline.com. Reservations must be confirmed within ten business days after the places are reserved or within ten business days of the actual start of the class, whichever is sooner. Bottomline may cancel reservations, without notice, if places are not confirmed within this period.
Rescheduling and Cancellations
For all classes, cancellation of confirmed places by a delegate or the delegate's organisation must be received in writing at least ten (10) business days prior to the course date in order to receive a full refund. If notification is received with less than ten business days before the start of the class, the full registration fee is due but credit is transferable to any other Bottomline class or program for one year. Registrants who do not attend or who do not cancel/transfer credit at least ten (10) business days before the class are responsible for the full registration fee. If it is known that a person registered/confirmed in a class cannot attend, substitutions may be made at any time. We do ask that you inform us of the substitution prior to the start of the class.
Seats confirmed by contract are subject to the same cancellation policy. Registrants who do not attend or who do not cancel/transfer credit at least ten business days before the class will forfeit their contractual seat and may be charged standard registration fees for future class attendance.
Illness or any other cause beyond Bottomline's reasonable control may mean that a designated instructor is unable to conduct a scheduled class. In such event, Bottomline shall endeavour to find a replacement instructor or make such other arrangements, including the cancellation of the class, as it shall deem appropriate.
In the event that a class is cancelled, the customer will be offered the choice of another mutually convenient class date or a full refund of the course fee. Bottomline will not be liable for any incidental costs or travel expenses incurred by delegates.
Class Guarantee
To every delegate who attends a Bottomline course, we offer our comprehensive Course Guarantee. Upon completion of a Bottomline course, should you feel that your objectives were not met or if you are encountering problems with the material covered in the class, we welcome you to attend the same course again, pending space availability, at NO CHARGE up to six months after your first attendance. If you would like to take advantage of this guarantee, please inform Bottomline within 14 days of course completion.
As a further commitment to our alumni's continuing education, when new versions of training software are released or if you just feel the need to cover the subject again, you may attend a "refresher" course. The "refresher" is a public course of the same name as any course that you have previously attended. This course may be taken at any time in the future, for 50% off the current list price. That's 50% off, forever.
