1. ELIGIBILITY: This draw is open to named recipients of the Bottomine DM piece who is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 

2. TO ENTER: Return the reply paid card or visit www.bottomline.co.uk/create or fax your name, company name, company address to 0870 081 8280. Please note all entry fields within on the website and the RPC should be completed fully to constitute entry. Bottomline Technologies is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Only one entry per person per company will be accepted. Only those communicated with directly via post by Bottomline Technologies and appear as the addressee by Bottomline Technologies will be eligible for this free prize draw. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Bottomline Technologies reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

3. TIMING: This promotion runs from 12.01 am GMT on 24th February 2004 until 11.59:59 p.m. on 1.06.06.

4. USE OF DATA: If you do not wish to be contacted by Bottomline Technologies for marketing purposes in the future please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form featured at www.bottomline.co.uk/create. If you are responding via RPC or fax please indicate that you do not wish to be contacted

5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by David Griffiths, Bottomlline Technologies on 7.06.06. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email (if supplied) or post  by 14.06.06. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Bottomline Technologies, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.

6. PRIZE: There will be ten prize and the prize will be (pls give full explanation of type of shredder). Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Bottomline Technologies reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
